"I think that this is a really great book that gives a glimpse of Nigerian culture. This is really important for kids to see in a book because, unfortunately, Nigerian culture isn't talked about, mentioned, or celebrated as much as other cultures. This book gives a good introduction to this specific culture and will likely drive kids to learn more about it after finishing this book. Furthering the learning experience, the glossary in the back explains terms, even ones that aren't written in English. I know that I definitely learned a lot, and I have no doubt that young readers will as well. Bravo!"
