Our creators create resources on education, intellectual development, social and emotional learning, African stories, child development, and faith. We are faith-backed, black-owned, and are passionate about amplifying African voices in the global resource pool.

Householder was named after an expression found in Matthew 13:52 in the Bible. We see ourselves as householders, bringing forth new and old pieces from our storehouse that empower our readers. Part of the proceeds from our gift shop and bookstore supports nonprofits, missionary creatives, and visionaries who are making a positive impact in African communities, including the donation of books and educational resources to nonprofits that provide literacy programs to African countries.
